Another new addition to Princes Dock

Plaza 1821 is being built on the Liverpool waterfront at Princes Dock, and is part of the £5.5bn Liverpool Waters scheme.

Its being built by Redwing living, which is part of the Regenda group. This residential building is 16 stories high and will contain 105 new apartments. The value of this build is £21m.

Its neighbours are also being built at the moment, and they are The Lexington (35 storeys), and City Docks (31 storeys). In addition a new office building will also be built called William Jessop house along this row, however the height of this is subject to change according to the wishes of it’s new occupier.
