A Liverpool-based waterside scheme has gone back into building mode.
Herculaneum Quay – situated next to the Chung Ku Chinese restaurant and the Festival Gardens site, has seen a number of stops during its construction. Most notably it stood for a number of years as a steel skeleton until investors took it on from the previous owners.
Now a 35 month-long schedule of works is underway to finally finish off this apartment building, which commands unobstructed views of the river Mersey.
In recent weeks cranes and workpeople have been on-site, signalling that the end is in sight for the Dingle development.
