Take the city forward
On the 5th of May 2016 you will be allowed to vote for your preferred choice of Mayor, who is the most powerful leader outside of the capital.
This is because the power to make decisions on lots of things like budgets has been devolved from central government, allowing the new Mayor to greater steer the city in a way that is more beneficial to the city.
